Frosty Nights: A Beginner's Guide to Winter Camping clinic, hosted by
Mountain Equipment Company, is geared for those new to winter camping. It will be facilitated by Lee Fraser of
Live Life In Tents and offered at
6:00 pm on Thursday, February 20 at Mountain Equipment Company in Halifax (1550 Granville St.).
At this clinic, you’ll leave with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and comfortably camp in a winter environment. Participants will learn about essential gear, clothing, techniques and safety considerations for winter camping.

Lee Fraser is the founder and lead guide at
Live Life In Tents; a Cape Breton-based guiding and adventure company. LLIT specializes in backcountry hiking experiences in the Cape Breton Highlands.
